Thermal Interface Gel & Grease

This family of products consists of 3 main types. Thermal Interface Gel is made up of a two-part, high performance and thermally conductive liquid gap filling material which can be cured at room temperature or accelerated by heat. The Thermal Interface Grease is a highly conformable paste substance that requires no curing or mixing. And lastly the Removable Thermal Gel is two-part liquid gap filling material which is cured at room temperature. When cured, it remains at a low modulus elastomer that helps relive CTE stresses during thermal cycling and yet it maintains enough modulus to prevent pump out from the interface. Most significantly, it can be easily removed for rework.
