Thermal Interface Pad
Our Thermal Interface Pad (LST-TIP) series is one of our bigger series of thermal interface materials. With good wetting ability, these materials are able to achieve a low thermal impedance with normal pressure. Additionally, a good recoverability provides rebounding force to ensure reliable contact and the effective filling of gaps, as well as the ability to reduce structural stress and protect the chips. Selected versions are made silicon free, or with reinforced material.
